Rhythms: the libidinous caress

by Sue DeGregorio-Rosen, RN, CLNC, Contributing Editor

in a dream you appeared like an angel…

I held you close to me

like time –

was it only for a minute

I couldn’t tell

because

there you stood

and for that moment time did not exist

when I sleep here

my heart is filled

but I can’t take you with me when I awaken

what was your name I wonder

and where were you from

I looked into your eyes

they were as bright as the rising sun –

your lips invited me to taste you

this kind of light does not shine often

you took my hand

and placed it on your heart

and your hand found its way to my breast

where you lingered

drifting down my body

slowly

you reached that place

until I ached for you

you entered me

and gave me the pleasure

I had not experienced before

if only this dream could be real.
